1. Refund Policy

At GoGifter, we do not accept refunds for vouchers once they have been purchased, even if the gift card is unused. All sales are final.

This policy is in place because:

  • Digital vouchers are displayed instantly on your screen and cannot be returned
  • Voucher codes and PINs are provided immediately upon purchase
  • We cannot verify if a voucher has been used or shared after it's displayed

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. No refunds will be provided, even for unused vouchers.

2. Voucher Issues & Support

While we don't offer refunds, we're committed to helping you if you experience any issues with your voucher:

  • Invalid or non-working voucher codes
  • Technical problems during redemption
  • Merchant rejection of valid vouchers
  • Issues with voucher activation or delivery
  • Wrong voucher received

If you encounter any of these issues, contact our support team immediately. We will check with the brand provider and work to resolve the issue within 2-3 working days.

3. How to Report an Issue

Step 1: Contact Support

  • Include your order number, email address, and detailed description of the issue
  • Provide screenshots or error messages if applicable

Step 2: Investigation

  • Our team will investigate your issue thoroughly
  • We may contact the merchant or payment provider to verify the issue
  • You will be kept informed throughout the process

Step 3: Resolution

  • We will work with the brand provider to provide a solution within 2-3 working days
  • Solutions may include a replacement voucher, technical assistance, or alternative options depending on the brand provider
  • Our goal is to ensure you can successfully use your voucher

4. Payment Method

UPI Payments Only: GoGifter currently accepts only UPI (Unified Payments Interface) payments. All transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways with industry-standard encryption.

Payment Security: Your payment information is never stored on our servers. We use bank-level SSL encryption to protect all transactions. Please ensure you complete the payment process on the official UPI payment gateway.

5. Exchanges & Changes

We do not offer exchanges for different gift card values or brands. Digital vouchers cannot be exchanged once delivered.

Before Purchasing:

  • Double-check the brand, amount, and quantity before checkout
  • Review the voucher validity period and terms of use
  • Ensure the recipient can use the voucher at their location

6. Special Circumstances

Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing voucher redemption (invalid code, merchant rejection, system errors, etc.), contact support immediately. We will check with the brand provider and work to resolve the issue within 2-3 working days.

Fraudulent Transactions: If you suspect fraudulent activity on your account or didn't authorize a purchase, contact us immediately at contact@gogifter.in. We will investigate and take appropriate action to protect your account and resolve the issue.

Voucher Expiry: Voucher expiry dates are determined entirely by the brand provider. Each brand sets their own validity period. If you have questions about expiry or experience issues redeeming before expiry, contact us and we'll check with the provider to resolve within 2-3 working days.
